Stage 1 - Analysis
During the analysis phase, our technical consultants will work with you to gather requirements in order to identify how best to proceed.
We can identify issues and potential problems and deal with these in a pro-active manner. To make sure we have the right solution, we conduct a series of design reviews and only move on to the implementation phase when the optimal solution has been reached.
Stage 2 - Implementation
The implementation phase involves the actual technical build of the ElectroForms software. A delivery plan and Statement of Work (SOW) are created, and the software is implemented according to the Agile methodology, which ensures maximum visiblity for all parties.
Stage 3 - Services and Support
Once we have delivered the project we enter the support phase which provides assurances on system operability and uptime.
The level of support is completely customisable - we understand that you may already have in-house IT which is why we offer a bespoke, collaborative support process.
