Training

ElectroForms is designed to be incredibly user-friendly, but we are happy to conduct on-site training if required.

Service Level Agreements (SLAs)

Depending on your support requirements, we deliver a completely customised Service Level Agreement contract which outlines the roles and responsibilities for both parties, guaranteeing response times and minimizing any downtime.

Helpdesk

Our standard support is via e-mail, but we also offer a premium helpdesk service which operates during standard office hours.
